Site Safety

Before any asbestos removal works are carried out a risk assessment and method statement are compiled.

Where required Notification is submitted to the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) 14-days in advance of each job. The Notification includes a copy of the method statement and risk assessment and diagrams of work. Asbestos waste is disposed of in accordance with Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005. Where required 4-stage air clearance testing of the work areas is carried out by UKAS accredited laboratories.

High safety standards

Oasis is fully committed to a strong health and safety culture and safe working is an essential part of the quality service we offer our you. Our team has an immaculate safety record and we believe this lies in the thorough and effective training of our employees.

Regular audits by the Health & Safety Executive ensure our standards are maintained and our surveying and removal procedures are compliant with the Control of Asbestos at Work regulations (CAWR) and the Health & Safety at Work Act.

Fully licensed

We have held a license to remove asbestos, issued by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE), to carry out asbestos removal works for over 20 years. We also hold a Waste Carriers Licence issued by the Environment Agency. This license permits the carrying of asbestos waste from household, commercial and industrial sources.
